What We Do

The Work Behind the Sales Dashboard.

Building an e-commerce business takes more than getting products listed. We manage the strategy, sourcing, setup, fulfillment, marketing, and day-to-day operations that keep the business moving.

OUR APPROACH

01
Getting Started

Initial consultation, business assessment, service agreement, account onboarding, supplier and product research, inventory and launch, and ongoing growth: seven steps, each with a defined outcome.

02
The First Month

We assess your goals, budget, and risk to determine the right platform mix. We secure products, establish accounts or storefronts, and prepare them for launch. Select the right fulfillment approach for each product and platform.

03
Beyond Launch

Optimization continues from month two, with pricing, ad spend, and inventory refined using real data. Reporting and growth continue on an ongoing basis, with a clear next step at every stage, platform by platform.

04
What You Can Count On

A written account plan before we touch your budget. Regular check-ins during setup and launch. Full visibility into every sourcing, fulfillment, and advertising decision. Every decision tied to data.

CASE STUDIES: How we operate, by category

We don’t publish client names, revenue figures, or private account data. The scenarios below are illustrative examples showing how we approach different categories and the decisions behind our operating strategy. They reflect the kind of thinking we share with prospective clients in a private consultation, while real anonymized account performance is discussed confidentially based on each client’s goals.

Situation: A competitive, year-round category with no existing sales history or brand presence requires a disciplined launch strategy.

Approach: Secure reliable inventory through a distributor with consistent stock, build listings around real buyer search terms, use FBA for Prime eligibility, and focus early advertising on high-intent keywords rather than broad campaigns.

Objective. Move the account from zero sales to a stable position on core search terms, gradually strengthening organic rankings through sales and reviews while reducing reliance on paid advertising over time.

Situation: A client with Amazon experience is considering expanding into Walmart, where the category has strong seasonal demand but lower seller competition.

Approach: Cross-list an existing product line rather than source new inventory. Rebuild listings specifically for Walmart’s search algorithm, and use Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) to support fast-shipping benefits and conversion.

Objective:Build Walmart sales velocity faster and at a lower relative advertising cost than the client’s original Amazon launch, demonstrating that a properly managed second marketplace can justify the additional operational effort.

Situation: A client wants to move beyond marketplaces and build a branded Shopify storefront without an established brand, customer list, or experience with paid acquisition.

Approach: Launch with a focused product range, build email capture into the store from day one, and begin paid acquisition through one clearly defined channel with a target acquisition cost before expanding.

Objective: Build a repeat-purchase customer base within the first few months, gradually reducing reliance on paid advertising and creating a sustainable, owned sales channel.
