We review our own accounts daily, the same way we review clients’. We don’t hide behind vague titles or diffuse accountability across a large team. Each specialist owns a defined set of accounts and is directly responsible for how they perform. We communicate directly and plainly, internally and with clients, and we’d rather have a difficult conversation early than a comfortable one too late.

Own supplier vetting, authenticity verification, and ongoing relationship management across our sourcing network.

- Performance Marketing Manager
Manage advertising strategy across marketplace and owned-channel campaigns, with direct accountability for spend efficiency.
Full-time: Toronto, Ontario
- Web Developer, Shopify & Custom Builds
Design and build branded Shopify stores and custom or WooCommerce websites for clients moving into owned-channel e-commerce.
Full-time: Remote
- Financial Reporting Analyst
Own the financial reporting clients see: revenue, COGS, fees, ROI, and cash flow, reported clearly and on schedule..
